
Mr. Nye is a member of the Firm's Strategic Advisory Board, Board of Managers and serves as Chairman of the Investment Committee. He works closely with the Investment Team to identify strategic themes and investments, participates in manager due diligence, and advises on portfolio allocations.
Mr. Nye has had a lengthy career at the highest levels of the asset and wealth management industries. Currently, he is a Partner in Archstone, a New York-based asset management firm. Previously, he was President of Baker Nye Advisors, a wealth-advisory firm serving institutions and high-net-worth individuals. Prior to Baker Nye, Mr. Nye spent several years at Goldman Sachs, first in the arbitrage department and later as Managing Partner of the newly created George F. Baker family office.
Mr. Nye serves as Trustee and a member of the Executive Committee of Lenox Hill Hospital. His other interests include the Council of Foreign Relations, Brookings Institution, and Asia Society.
Mr. Nye earned a Masters of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School and a Bachelor of Arts degree, magna cum laude, from Harvard University.
